Plain language, because you are handing us your birth details and the thing you are actually struggling with. You should know exactly where that goes.

Your birth date, time and place. These compute your chart. Without them there is no personalized audio, only a generic one.
What you tell us you are working through. The belief, the pattern, the future you want. Typed or spoken. This is the part that makes your audio yours rather than anyone's.
Your name, and how you want to be called. Your audio says it out loud.
Your email, and your phone number if you give it. Email is how you get your audio and its permanent link. A phone number is optional and is only used for the messages we describe when we ask for it.
Feedback, including voice notes if you record one. Only when you choose to leave it.
We use it to make your audio and your readings, and to improve them over time as you tell us what landed. That is the whole purpose.
To do that, your words pass through the AI services that write text, synthesize voice, and deliver email on our behalf. They process it to provide that service to us. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
No one on our team routinely reads what you write. The system that writes for you does. A person will only look when you ask us for help, when you send us feedback, or if we have to investigate a genuine problem such as abuse or a technical fault.
Your profile and your audio are stored on our cloud infrastructure, encrypted in transit and at rest by our hosting providers. We keep your information while you have an account or an audio you might come back to, because your audio lives on a page that stays yours.
You can have it deleted whenever you ask. Reply to any email from us, or write to hello@affirmology.ai, and we will delete your profile, your context and your audio. You can also ask us for a copy of what we hold. Depending on where you live this is your legal right, and we honour it for everyone rather than checking.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use what you tell us to target you with advertising anywhere else.
Feedback is the one thing we may quote. If you send us feedback about an audio, we may share it anonymously, without your name or anything that identifies you, to show people what the practice is like and to make it better. Your voice recording is different: we will not publish audio of you speaking, or attach your name to anything, unless you say yes first.
Affirmology is for adults. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Affirmology is a personal development practice. It is not therapy, medical advice, or a substitute for either. If you are in crisis, please contact a local emergency service or crisis line.
Write to hello@affirmology.ai and a human will answer. If we change this page in a way that matters, we will say so here and date it.
